Max Richard Leßmann has been posting a poem a day on Instagram(@maxrichardlessmann) for years and is frenetically celebrated by more than 183,000 followers. With his poetry, the musician and podcaster has created a safe space in a world in which hardly anyone actually feels safe anymore. To mark the Lyriktage Frankfurt, Max Richard Leßmann will be presenting his poetry collection Liebe in Zeiten der Follower (Kiepenheuer & Witch).

Rapper Casper writes: "Max's poetry is both strong and vulnerable, sarcastic and empathetic - but always sharply observed and almost embarrassingly honest. With no other writer in recent years have I thought over and over again: Damn, I would have liked to have written that too." And Ina Müller says: "I don't like poetry. Only those by Max Richard Leßmann."
