"For me, yoga means looking inwards, feeling yourself and gradually gaining clarity about your own goals and dreams. As a certified yoga teacher for Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, my classes are inspired by fascia yoga, regenerative exercises and techniques from MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction). In connection with the breath, we flow through a gentle yoga practice and thus bring body, mind and soul into harmony. With a great deal of empathy and anatomical knowledge, I create a space for mental and physical letting go in my classes. The aim is to pause again and again to become aware of the alignment and at the same time to perceive what is going on inside. True to the motto: Arrive, feel good and just be!"
