Sizes range from 70 to 255m² and combine all the benefits of independent living with the comforts of the hotel’s services. Being naturally lit, stylishly furnished and with premium kitchen and bathroom fittings, the apartments are particularly suited to a long stay. Maximum relaxation is guaranteed for the entire time thanks to a 24/7 concierge service and free access to our ASCARA Fitness and Spa Club with its all-year-heated outdoor pool. Additional hotel services can be provided on request.

Benefit during your stay from the Falkenstein Grand’s excellent services and facilities. The personal concierge-service will assist you with all organizational matters such as restocking the fridge, taking care of postal errands, car valeting or booking sought-after opera or theatre tickets. Once a week the apartment will be cleaned by our housekeeping staff.

From your apartment you will only have a few steps to the ASCARA Fitness & Spa Club, where free access will enable you to enjoy the professional training offers throughout the 1200 square-meter fitness and wellness area as well as the all-year-heated outdoor pool. For your health and wellbeing our on-site private doctor may also be consulted.
