[…] To the rear, the land sloped away towards Königstein, but to the front a clear view was provided of Kronberg and, in the distance, of the city of Frankfurt, renowned at the time for its bustling narrow streets. The city was often shrouded in cloud from the many hundreds of chimneys while up here there was clear visibility and clean air. »

Villa Rothschild has always been a private escape for visionaries, allowing them to retreat from the hustle and bustle of the world. You are what you eat. With the creations in the Villa Rothschild’s Grill & Health Restaurant, we are creating the basis of a culinary vision for a pioneering style of cuisine. Try it for yourself and discover how good healthy eating can be. Head chef Sebastian Prüßmann and our team headed by restaurant manager Phillip Spielmann look forward to your visit in the restaurant’s cosy atmosphere. And during the summer months, of course, outside in the open-air on the Rothschild terrace.
